Nixflex uses a bring-your-own-Twilio model. You connect your own Twilio account, so you keep full control of your phone numbers, carrier costs, and billing - Nixflex never marks up your Twilio usage.
Because you own the Twilio account, all carrier costs (phone number rental, call minutes, SMS messages) are billed directly to you by Twilio at their standard rates. Nixflex only charges its per-minute voice rate on top.

Connecting Twilio

You provide your Twilio credentials when you import a phone number into Nixflex. Nixflex stores them securely and uses them only to send and receive calls and messages on your behalf. See Phone numbers for how to import a number.
