**Nixflex is an AI voice platform for building real-time AI phone agents.** It answers and makes phone calls, holds natural conversations, and handles the work a human receptionist or call agent would - booking appointments, transferring calls, sending texts, and more.

## The simple version

When someone calls a business number, Nixflex answers. It listens to the caller, understands what they need, replies in a natural voice, and takes action - all in about a second, in a real back-and-forth conversation. The same number can also reply to texts. You control what the agent says and does with a simple prompt; the engine handles everything else.
